Amazon.com has a new 'grocery' section. You can find some gluten free foods on there. They carry the Pamela's brand cookies, they are amazingly tasty all things considered. They usually cost about $4 a box at a health food store but through amazon you can order a set of 6 boxes and it will run you about $2 a box.Any good websites or advice for a wheat/ gluten free diet?
I use whole grain quaker oats in every recipe, but gluten free grains can't be made into bread. Be cautious though because oats are usually processed in a facility with wheat. I am only moderately sensitive and I have never had any problems with Quaker brand.Any good websites or advice for a wheat/ gluten free diet?

Celiac.com is a great website also check out celiac.org. Best advice is do your research, you will learn something new everyday. If you have a fave food you miss like Ice cream or McDonalds check out their websites to see if they offer gf foods (they do). Join a local support group, use your search engine and type in the name of your city or state along with celiac support group and see if there is one in your area. If not join an on line group like SillyYaks or even the Las Vegas one which is a Yahoo group. Just type in Las vegas Celiac Disease and it will pop up. Jenn
search on yahoo or google.
Check out http://www.recipezaar.com they have tons of recipes
