Any sites that give free advice on psychological matters?

I know the APA (American Psychological Association) has lots of good stuff plus links to other sites.Any sites that give free advice on psychological matters?
I don't think there are any (certainly not reputable) sites that give free advice. But you can get on forums where you can talk with peers who have similar diagnosis or friends and family of mentally ill. It sometimes helps to hear what others have been through and how they've dealt with things. See NAMI.org. I believe About.com does, too. I know they have an extremely active bipolar forum.
