Sorry to say this, but you are going to have to pay. Voluntary Repo is no different than a regular repo on your credit report. Just set up payment arrangements, and see if you can get them to actually take it completely off of your credit report once you have paid it off, that way it won't ruin your credit for the next seven years! I practice in California and do not know the laws of your state.
They only got $7000 for it because they sold it at auction. You would have been better off selling it privately than handing it over to the bank. There's really nothing you can do about it.

Most places in the US, an employee is an ';employee at will'; unless they have a contract saying otherwise - this means they can legally be fired for almost any reason with no warning. They can't be fired BECAUSE of their race, gender, age over 40, religion or national origin.
Without more info, hard to say, but he very likely has no legal rights.
Perhaps -- but without details it's tough to say. Likely he's over 40 -- so you might have an age discrimination suit.
Some attorneys will allow the initial contact at no charge, just to see if you have a case worth pursuing. You might be best served to start contacting attorneys who specialize in labor/employment law.

So I am 27 yo and am learning to swim. I used to panic in the water but after 2 months now of swimming lessons, I am doing much better. I can now kick and move back and forth. My big issue now is to swim free style, I think I got how it has to be done but I get in trouble when it comes to breathing, I think I cannot get to coordinate the kicking, arm strokes and breathing and I end up doing any of that wrong :-(.

ok well i have been swimming on teams for 6 years and i teach swim lessons. and freestyle is the most fun and easy stroke once u learn how to do it. here are my tips for you: kick from you hips, not your knees. this will cause your whole body to move from one side to the other. freestyle is never meant to be swam on your stomach. you should never be flat in the water. as you are kicking, your arms are moving one at a time. in order to breathe, just tilt your head to the side as your arm on that same side of your body is being picked up for another rotation. u should be looking through your own arm when its in the air. when u tilt your head, your one ear should still be in the water. never pick your head up or look in front of you.only tilt your head enough to get ur mouth and nose out. after all, those are the only parts of ur face needed to breathe. so once you get a rhythm down, you just keep practicing and practicing. the only way to learn is in the water. never give up!! here is a video that helps u learn freestyle and shows u step by step guides to how to learn. its called Becoming a Champion Swimmer: Freestyle, with Richard Quick.

Even still, considering the fact that 2months ago you used to panic and now you are kicking and learning freestyle. Dont feel discouraged as you have accomplished a lot.
its all a matter of practice, its like talking to somebody while writing something down, or singing while playing guitar, its multitasking, you really have to focus on your arms and make sure before you get into a rythm with your kickingcosmetic products

Go to a thrift store, find something similiar, or something that can be cut down to what you want. For what you want a long t-shirt/nightshirt might work. You can get it for $1-$2.
Using yourself as a mannekin, have somebodymark what needs to be done. Cut here and add there.
Mark any lines you need to cut your sample up. Make any cuts you will need.
Place your pattern on whatever fabric you will be using, pin it down to keep it from moving around. Trace around your the pattern, adding about a half inch around it, and draw in any extra features you want to add..
Cut out your new pattern , sew up, and add whatever you need to it..

Someone close to me just found out that he needs to cut his sugar intake. He definitely has a sweet tooth and loves peanut butter/chocolate desserts. I'm looking for recipes that are delicious and don't have that ';diet-y'; taste. I just did a chocolate cookie recipe with Splenda, and it tastes like chalk. Place half of the cake in the bottom of a large towel. Arrange bananas on top of cake, pour 1 pre-fixed pudding over that. Put the other half of cake on top and pour remaining pudding over cake. Chill and serve.
FUDGE CANDY (Sugar Free)
13 oz. can skim evaporated milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. granulated sugar, replacement
Dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 c. unsweetened cereal crumbs
1/4 c. nuts, very finely chopped
Combine milk and cocoa in saucepan; cook and beat over low heat until cocoa is dissolved. Add butter, sugar replacement, salt and vanilla. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; add cereal crumbs and work in with wooden spoon. Cool 15 minutes.
Divide in half; roll each half into a tube, 8 inches long. Toll each tube in finely chopped nuts. Wrap in waxed paper; chill overnight. Cut into 1/4 inch slicesAny advice for delicious low-sugar/sugar-free dessert recipes?
Here's a recipe that sounds pretty good and uses a substitute erythritol that is better than spenda ...You can find this at a health food store. It is suppose to actually be better for those people who have sugar problems. Good luck.

You can also make a dip for fruit with yogurt and whip cream.

Or perhaps you wish to sue a government department for treatment at the UK airport as you fled your homeland in 'fear of your life'. Or perhaps you wish to sue a government department for treatment at the UK airport as you fled your homeland in 'fear of your life'. I used to work for a child support enforcement agency. We didn't do custody issues, but while I was in court a lot of times custody issues would come up in the courtroom. Some ';noncustodial parents'; filed petitions on their own behalf in the clerk's office requesting increased visitation or joint custody. The folks who work in the clerk's office may not be able to technically give you legal advice, but they can direct you to the appropriate paperwork that you need to fill out to get a court date to make your request. Just go to (or call) the clerk's office in the court where you pay child support and find out! And if you end up with more than standard visitation (every other weekend, two weeks in the summer, alternating holidays) then you may be entitled to a reduction in child support payments because you will be supporting the child more while he/she is in your home for that increased amount of time.
By the way, there is always the possibility that your ex will get an attorney. One way or another if you're on speaking terms, it might be in your best interest to try to get her agreement on the increased visitation/custody issue.

If his skin does not pull back he should talk to his doctor. His family doc can refer him to the right person to get this taken care of. No one on a hotline can tell if it is normal or needs further attention. He should tell your parents he needs to go to the doctors. It is not that big of a deal and very normal.

Most places in the US, an employee is an ';employee at will'; unless they have a contract saying otherwise - this means they can legally be fired for almost any reason with no warning. They can't be fired BECAUSE of their race, gender, age over 40, religion or national origin.
Without more info, hard to say, but he very likely has no legal rights.

Hi,
So I am 27 yo and am learning to swim. I used to panic in the water but after 2 months now of swimming lessons, I am doing much better. I can now kick and move back and forth. My big issue now is to swim free style, I think I got how it has to be done but I get in trouble when it comes to breathing, I think I cannot get to coordinate the kicking, arm strokes and breathing and I end up doing any of that wrong :-(.

ok well i have been swimming on teams for 6 years and i teach swim lessons. and freestyle is the most fun and easy stroke once u learn how to do it. here are my tips for you: kick from you hips, not your knees. this will cause your whole body to move from one side to the other. freestyle is never meant to be swam on your stomach. you should never be flat in the water. as you are kicking, your arms are moving one at a time. in order to breathe, just tilt your head to the side as your arm on that same side of your body is being picked up for another rotation. u should be looking through your own arm when its in the air. when u tilt your head, your one ear should still be in the water. never pick your head up or look in front of you.only tilt your head enough to get ur mouth and nose out. after all, those are the only parts of ur face needed to breathe. so once you get a rhythm down, you just keep practicing and practicing. the only way to learn is in the water. never give up!! here is a video that helps u learn freestyle and shows u step by step guides to how to learn. its called Becoming a Champion Swimmer: Freestyle, with Richard Quick.

It is a matter of practice. But there are breathing drills that can help you with this issue. Don't be afraid to ask your swim instructor about drills to help you with your breathing. It will take time but keep practicing and dont just rely on the time you have in your lesson to learn. Practice in your own time as well. Even still, considering the fact that 2months ago you used to panic and now you are kicking and learning freestyle. Dont feel discouraged as you have accomplished a lot.
its all a matter of practice, its like talking to somebody while writing something down, or singing while playing guitar, its multitasking, you really have to focus on your arms and make sure before you get into a rythm with your kickingspots

Go to a thrift store, find something similiar, or something that can be cut down to what you want. For what you want a long t-shirt/nightshirt might work. You can get it for $1-$2.
Using yourself as a mannekin, have somebodymark what needs to be done. Cut here and add there.
Mark any lines you need to cut your sample up. Make any cuts you will need.
Place your pattern on whatever fabric you will be using, pin it down to keep it from moving around. Trace around your the pattern, adding about a half inch around it, and draw in any extra features you want to add..
Cut out your new pattern , sew up, and add whatever you need to it..

I am getting ready to make sme zucchini bread- the recipe calls for brown rice flour- I have every other kind of GF flour but brown rice flour. They may not be particular to your case, but it should provide you with enough information to help equip you with knowledge and or point you in a direction should you need actual legal counsel or what form of action you can pursue on your own. Feeling frustrated with my gluten free dairy free diet. Any advice?
I can't even use my restaurant gift certificates to eat anything other than Corn-tortilla chips and a salad. I'm getting frustrated, and hungry! I don't want to get sick, but I'm just frustrated that I can't enjoy a night out at a restaurant like I used to. Why are you on the gluten free dairy free diet? There are things you can do depending on why you are on the diet.
For example, are you dairy free because you are lactose intolerant? If so, take a Lactaid pill with your meal and you should not have any problems with dairy.
I don't know why you can't go to an Outback or Carrabbas or Bonefish Grill and order from their gluten free menu. A steak, pork chop or chicken would be a lot better than chips. They would all be gluten free when they leave the basting sauces off and also dairy free.

You are right but not fully. If someone does not need money for any of his purposes or has sufficient means and he knows astrology what harms giving free advice then? And if someone does not have sufficient money but he requires guidance from an experienced or good astrologer and wants free advice, i do not think he is doing any wrong. And if any astrologer is minting money out of this without any reason he is doing unetical, immoral and inhumane act.Why do people want Astrologers to give them free advice?
maybe they don't have enough money to avail a psychic service or maybe they want to try first if their service is really accurate and fits their personality. if they become satisfied with their service then for the succeeding readings, they are willing to pay for it

right behind domestic Turkeys..........
#1, when you recive your chicks you have to keep them housed... the reasons are,they need 2 be kept warm and sheltered. they will trample each other,when 1 sees of smells blood,the will gang up on that 1 and kill it and eat it too.
#2, to have A good laying stock you need to buy 10,000
chicks to get 1,000 that might lay eggs.
#3, what ever you see on T.V. about raising any Animal is
So condensed they leave a lot out.
Take it from A guy who grew up on A farm your best bet is raising HOGS or Cattle.. Birds are A pain in the A**.
Except 4 Mallard Ducks.. Smart Protective and Loving..
I had 2 and these birds bonded with me and we went
every where together on the family ranch.I want to start up a free range chicken farm and need some advice?
Would depend on local ordinances.
