if you go to your local office max they have a packet you can buy. its like a kit with different examples of documents and agreements. its pretty neat i was looking at it even tho im not married lol! they also sell ones for real estate buyers, small business's, even living wills too. they are not all that expensive either consistering everything.
Try looking at the county court house (clerk's office). They have the forms there and someone should be able to help you understand how to fill them out.
There are actually places on the web that offer downloadable forms for Divorce ( I am doing the same now) just go thru a few search engins and look for things like Divorce forms and so on. Also there are a few book at the library that explain ho0w to do them on your own and might come with the CD to get the forms from. Good luck
What exactly do you want to know? If you want to know what is included in divorce papers you can simply go to any court house and go to the civil vault. Those files are public records. Pick one up and read it. If you want a sample copy, I can email you a copy however remember that each state has different rules so if what your friends wants to do is prepare her own, she can either try to get free assistance from legal aid or go to the Law Library where she will be able to get the information she needs.
