Mine didn't even read the papers I mailed him. Sound like your lawyer just going through the motions get yourself another one. Don't be scared to switch lawyers if you aren't satisfied with the one you have. I have a friend that had a bad lawyer, but he switched and got a good one that saved him from going to jail on a fake charge.
