you cant but I would tell you to just stay away from web pages or web sites that people post here. Most are SPAM sites, but not all. You have to be smarter than the spammer.





Also get a good viruse and email spam checking software and load that on your pc. Of course that would help Yahoo, for yahoo make sure you set up the mail box to divert spam to bulk mail.
