If the PC's still within guarantee, take the hard drive back to the shop, %26amp; let them check it over... it should cost nothing. If you suspect a virus, run a virus %26amp; spyware check, %26amp; defrag your PC... defrag is:- select Start (bottom left), go to Search, select ';all files %26amp; folders'; then in the top bar, type ';defrag'; - click ';Search';, then Double-click on Disk defragmenter. will fix and tell you what needs fixing.If you need freeware.Go to

There is plenty enough free help with pc online....its a case of researching what the errors are by searching in google or looking on the pc's manufactures website for clues and driver updates or looking for patches on microsoft by using your errors
There are also plenty of pc forums that can help with advising u on updating and how to change system componements
Hell there is more advice freely available onli ne then you will ever find anywhere else....you just got to spend a little time learning how to find it.....and as its unique to your systems problem only you can do this
