Job Centre or if you are 19 or under you can go to your local Connexions.
If you go to your local Citzens Advice Bureau they will probably do it for you.
You can get this information from you school (if you attend), or reference online.
www.monster.com and www.jobsite.co.uk (not the govt one!) both have sections on cvs and stuff.
