Does someone know were I can get free advice on how to drive my business forward?

Speak to your local Business Link. They offer free business reviews. It lasts about two hours and looks at where you've come from and where you want to go. At the end of it you leave with some agreed actions to move forward.

We did it for one of our businesses recently. We've been running it for over 10 years but the review took an independent look at it, which it's hard for you to do when you're the business owner. Some surprising things came out of it but we've started actioning the things we agreed on and it's making a difference.

Bank business managers have not usually run a business and their interest is usually in promoting more of the bank's products. If your accountant will advise you for free as part of the service he/she provides, all so well and good.

We've worked with Business Link over the years and find the breadth of information that they have available to be very good. They also run half day courses in improving your marketing, driving more traffic to your website, getting PR for your business and a whole lot more.

Good luck! To your future success!Does someone know were I can get free advice on how to drive my business forward?

Heavy internet marketing. Pay for Google search preferences so your website always comes out on top. Research some free advertising sites.
Go to http://www.score.org/ and in the upper left hand corner, enter your zip code. On the next screen, you will get information on the nearest SCORE chapter. Call them and arrange for a free meeting with a SCORE counselor.

SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

SCORE has 389 chapters in locations throughout the United States and its territories, with 10,500 volunteers nationwide. Both working and retired executives and business owners donate time and expertise as business counselors.
A good accountant can be well placed to advise you. My accountant never charges for this kind of advice and is a great sounding board for a second opinion.
