I was just served with papers that my ex-husband wants to modify the custody agreement claiming i have interfered by not being available when he wants to call his daughter or set up visitation. I can pretty much disprove all his claims but just want to make sure I handle it right.Is their a good site to get free advice on a custody modification case?
