What is a good free legal advice website?

I would not trust any web site to give legal advice. There is NO SUBSTITUTE for the advice directly from a lawyer.

Each situation is unique and there is no way that a website will be able to take into consideration all the details of your unique situation.

There are many services that are available that will allow a person of modest means to access the services of a lawyer for little or no money. Where I am from, Legal Aid deals exclusively in criminal matters, and an organization called Legal Guidance deals with civil and family matters. Likely, there is an organization in your community that will be able to help.

If you are able to find a number for any such organization, they will be able to point you in the right direction. What is a good free legal advice website?
You don't want to get legal advice off the World Wide Web.

Go to your telephone. Call ';Information'; (usually 1411). Ask for your local (usually county) bar association. Ask them for the names of attorneys regarding the type of matter you are having problems with.

When you call the law office(s), ask to speak to the ATTORNEY. Do not tell all your details to the secretary - save the details for the Lawyer. When you get the Attorney on the phone, ask #1:

do they take payments?

how much will their fee be?

Good luck. What is a good free legal advice website?
